Financial Policy

Our clients need the finest care with the most convenient financial options. For your convenience, we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. CARE CREDIT is accepted! However, both card and cardholder must be present at the time of payment.

To continue to deliver our services to our patients, we request that payment be due at the time of treatment. Please remember that the patient is fully responsible for all fees charged by this office, regardless of your insurance coverage.

Insurance Information

Though we are happy to file with any dental insurance, James A. Penney, III, DDS, PA Endodontics is only a provider for Delta Dental and Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield.

Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks of billing. If your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame, please contact our office. If there is any balance remaining after your insurance has paid its part, the remaining balance is your responsibility. Outstanding balances may result in delinquency and will be sent to a collection agency with a collection fee of 33% balance owed.
