Financial Policy
Our clients need the finest care with the most convenient financial options. For your convenience, we accept:
- CARE CREDIT is accepted! However, both card and cardholder must be present at the time of payment.
- Credit Cards – Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover,
- Checks and cash.
To continue to deliver our services to our patients, we request that payment be due at the time of treatment. Please remember that the patient is fully responsible for all fees charged by this office, regardless of your insurance coverage.

Insurance Information
We accept insurance and will take all claims.
- We are providers for Delta Dental and Blue Cross/Blue Shield.
- We will call to obtain coverage information for other insurance providers and file all claims.
- Our staff will contact the insurance provider and obtain an estimate of the patient’s expected out-of-pocket costs. The patient is only required to pay this estimate on the day of service. If the insurance pays more or less, the patient will be refunded or billed for the difference.
Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks of billing. If your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame, please contact our office. If there is any balance remaining after your insurance has paid its part, the remaining balance is your responsibility. Outstanding balances may result in delinquency and will be sent to a collection agency with a collection fee of 33% balance owed.
