What To Expect

Scheduling

Our office is open Monday – Thursday, from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm year-round! Appointments will be scheduled promptly. If you are in pain or are experiencing an emergency, we will make every attempt to see you ASAP.

Please alert the office if you have a medical condition that may be of concern before surgery. Conditions of concern may include diabetes, high blood pressure, artificial heart valves and joints, rheumatic fever, etc.

We also request that you disclose if you are on any medication or require medication before dental cleanings, such as antibiotics for pre-med.

Please call our office at 501-227-7668 for any questions or scheduling!

First Visit

You can expect your first appointment to consist of a consultation, which will explain your diagnosis and treatment options. Sometimes, treatment can begin on the day of your consultation! However, the more complex your medical history and treatment plan is, the more likely it is that you will need an evaluation, as well as a second appointment for treatment.
We request that our clients bring the following information to their consultation:

  • Referral slip and any applicable X-rays.
  • Lists of medications you are presently taking.
  • If you have dental insurance(s), please bring the necessary card(s).

Being prompt and prepared allows us to help you process any claims!

Any patients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for their consultation visit.
